WARRANTY POLICY

▷ Twelve (12) months warranty after installing the machine for the mechanical, pneumatic and electric items. The Seller will guarantee the machine against defects arising from faulty design, and will accept liability to repair any part that proves defective under normal use within the said period at Seller’s expenses. Otherwise, if such defects are due to buyer, the repair expense will be under the Buyer’s liability.
▷ Within the Warranty period, in case of maintenance requirement from the applicant, the manufacturer will visit to the factory with their traveling cost.
▷ The local expense including accommodation, transportation and food shall be provided by the applicant.
▷ After warranty period, all expenses including round air ticket / accommodation / local transportation / food will be born by the applicant.
▷ In case of unexpected symptoms from the buyer operator's mistake and inadequate technical assisting, the buyer should bear all expenses (including round air ticket/ accommodation / local transportation / food) even though it happens within the warranty period.
